Correct Melatonin Dosage for Insomnia...



QUESTION:

What is the correct melatonin dosage for treating insomnia?


ANSWER:

Melatonin is excellent for getting a restful nights sleep. The normal dosage is 5 mg's taken just before bedtime. You do, however, need to adhere to some guidelines.
