Correct Melatonin Dosage for Insomnia...

What is the correct melatonin dosage for treating insomnia?

Melatonin is excellent for getting a restful nights sleep. The normal dosage is 5 mg's taken just before bedtime. You do, however, need to adhere to some guidelines. I would suggest reading the testimonials and guidelines here for more information before using this product... Melatonin 5 mg Vcaps.

Hope this helps.

Best regards
