Olive Leaf Extract and Low Blood Pressure Question...

QUESTION:

Thank you for your great article about the natural herpes cures - they sound very promising and I will try as much as possible! Never heard about any of these here in Germany...

About the OLE: I have very low blood pressure and read about its ability to lower it. Is this effect actually one of regulation or do I have to fear that it will lower my blood preassure even more?

Hi Julia, and thanks for your question regarding the olive leaf extract (and your positive comments!).

Yes it's true that OLE can lower your blood pressure, however, usually it will just normalize your blood pressure rather than lower it even more. You will definitely need to monitor your blood pressure though and if it does drop, there are natural (and safe) ways to bring it back up.
