Reversing Grey Hair Naturally With Copper & Zinc...

QUESTION:

Hi.
The tips on reversing grey hair was really helpful and I am happy to know that there are natural solutions, including Colloidal minerals which I never knew of.

Are there tests that can show how deficient I am in copper and zinc? If so, would you recommend getting those tests done periodically?

What would be the effects of excess of these minerals, in case my body has too much of them?

Thanks and regards,

Lisa

ANSWER:

Hi Lisa. Thanks for your question regarding copper and zinc for reversing grey hair.

Yes, there is certainly a test you can get done. Funnily enough, it's a hair mineral analysis. This is extremely accurate and can tell you practically everything you need to know about the health of your body. It will also tell you if you are suffering from heavy metal toxicity. I would highly recommend getting one done. You can read more about hair tissue mineral analysis here.

Now in regards to your body having too much of these minerals through supplementation in colloidal form, this is impossible. Plant based colloidal minerals are easily absorbed by the body and the best part is the body will take what it needs, use what it needs and safely discard the rest. Plant based colloidal minerals (including colloidal zinc and colloidal copper) are extremely safe!

Hope this helps you out Lisa.

Good luck and all the best,

Regards

Troy.
