Handy Natural Remedies That Help Lower Lipoprotein (LPA)...
Hi, my lipoprotein (LPA) reading is 325. Below 200 is normal. I am taking Endotheil Defence, Superoxide Dismutase/Gladin complex 500 mg, Pomella Pomegranate 400 ml with Pomegranate Pomella 400 mg and Proprietary Pomegranate Blend 137mg. I am also taking Natural Endothelial Plaque Stablizer which contains Pyconogenol and French Maritime pine extract 100mg and Centillium 257 mg in this formula. What do you suggest to lower my 325 reading of Lipoprotein (LPA) to a normal reading of 200.
Thank you for your help.
Hello, and thanks for your question regarding natural ways to lower lipoprotein cholesterol.
Firstly, the medical profession say that this problem is genetic, and to a certain point that may be true, but this doesn't mean you are helpless to fix it. There are some natural ways to lower LPA cholesterol (some of which you're already doing) that definitely work. You're partly on the right track, however, just remember, a high LPA level is primarily caused by inflammation and some experts even say it's an autoimmune problem. Both would be right.
So apart from doing what you're already doing, boosting the immune system and reducing inflammation within the body is crucial. Have a read of one of our newsletters which lists some of the best ways to boost your immunity and reduce inflammation. Here's the

Take particular note of the olive leaf extract. This stuff works amazingly well for boosting the immune system, reducing inflammation, lowering blood pressure, and lowering cholesterol levels (all levels).
In addition to this, start making and eating your own bone broth soups. Bone broth is a very powerful (and cheap) way to get the anti-inflammatory nutrients your body needs. Have a read of this article for more information on the stunning healing qualities of bone broth... Bone Broth for Health
Finally, don't forget that eating healthy and doing some light, moderate exercise is crucial for lowering cholesterol levels as well as for overall good health. Eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. You should also include a high strength krill oil supplement
or fermented cod liver oil for a daily supply of essential fatty acids. As far as exercising, just get "huffy and puffy" for 40-50 minutes a day 5-6 times a week. Something as simple as a brisk walk or cycling is enough.
Hope these tips help you out. Like I said, you're partly on the right track so continue doing what you're doing, along with adding some of the recommendations here.
Good luck and all the best to you!
