"Tribulus terrestris was not more effective than placebo at improving symptoms of erectile dysfunction or serum total testosterone". The recommended dose (to increase testosterone and libido levels) is AT LEAST 2,000 mg’s per day - not 1,600. No wonder these guys didn’t receive any benefit! 1
Now, without going into too much detail, I recently used Tribulus myself for the first time as a performance enhancer for my gym training. Not only did it help to increase my strength and stamina levels a lot, I also noticed an increase in my libido levels within 4-5 weeks - quite a substantial increase in fact (I’m 48 years old too by the way). Let the Truth be Told…
It’s time to be brutally honest about this one. If you eat crap, drink crap and treat your body like crap then you cannot seriously expect it to perform at its peak (nor can you expect Mr Johnson to perform at his peak either!) If you’re serious about fixing your erectile dysfunction for good then you absolutely must eat healthy and only have things like alcohol as a very occasional treat. Your body will definitely thank you for it!

Spanish Fly: This concoction is made from dead insects (a beetle in fact) and is very toxic to the body. Don’t touch it with a ten foot pole.
Ginkgo Biloba: Now don’t get me wrong, ginkgo is a terrific herb, especially for helping kids with ADD and ADHD. There’s just no real evidence that it’s a worthwhile remedy for impotence. It’s much better to go with a proven herb like maca instead for treating erectile dysfunction.
